<Greetings> One and only Shamo chicken restaurant in Fukagawa, opened in 1976. We serve simple, best-selected Shamo chicken dishes.
<Shamo Chicken> We use Daisen Shamo chicken, raised with special care in the nature of Tottori. You can enjoy the whole Shamo chicken in our dishes; cold appetizers like raw liver, thinly-sliced breast meat, chicken breast fillet & parsley with horseradish, seared chicken thigh, chef's beautiful yakitori, Shamo chicken nabe flavored with traditional miso, and mizutaki with rich soup of Shamo chicken.
<Otooshi> Another specialty dish is Takigawa Tofu. Very thin tofu, looking exactly like somen noodles, served with bonito soup stock. It has been the specialty dish since the opening of the restaurant.
<Selected Ingredients> We only use the best-selected ingredients; fresh and rich free-range chicken eggs, Japanese horseradish, Mongolian natural salt.
