How do I confirm my reservation?

There is a link to "About your reservation page" in the text of the email sent by us after the reservation is completed. Please access "About your reservation page" through that link.

How do I change my reservation?

You cannot change your reservation. If you want to change your reservation, please cancel the reservation once, and make a new reservation again. Also, please keep the cancellation deadline in mind.

How do I cancel my reservation?

What should I do to cancel flights?

Please cancel the reservation from "About your reservation page" within the cancellation deadline. If the cancellation deadline has been exceeded, you may be charged a predetermined cancellation fee. Please contact the restaurant directly for details.

What should I do if the cancellation deadline has been exceeded?

You cannot cancel if the cancellation deadline has been exceeded. Please visit the restaurant. If you cannot visit the restaurant, please contact the restaurant directly.

Precautions When Visiting the Restaurant

How do I show proof of my reservation when I arrive at the restaurant?

Please present the reservation confirmation number that was included in the email sent after you made your reservation or in "About your reservation page" to the restaurant staff.

What should I do if I cannot arrive by the reservation time?

If you will be significantly late, please contact the restaurant directly.

What is the difference between a Table Reservation and a Course Reservation?

Payments cannot be made in advance for Table Reservations. The reservation is only for the table and orders are taken once you arrive. For Course Reservations, select a course online, and complete the payment in advance.

I do not know where the restaurant is.

Will I be fined if I do not come to the restaurant that I made a reservation at?

We may request a predetermined cancellation fee. Please contact the restaurant directly for details. If you cannot make it to the restaurant, cancel through "About your reservation page."

About Emails

Although I cancelled my reservation, I received a "Reminder email on the previous day" for the reservation. How come?

If cancellation is performed via telephone, etc. due to circumstances of the restaurant or the customer, the email may be delivered automatically due to a mix-up.

I did not receive a reservation confirmation email.

The email we sent may have been recognized as junk mail. Just in case, please check if the above email is in a mail folder other than the inbox folder, such as the junk mail folder or recycle bin.

About Errors

An error occurs. What should I do?

There is a possibility a system error occurred. Please try again after a while.

I cannot access "About your reservation page."

You can access "About your reservation page" only during the 7 days following the reservation date.
